Coaching that makes senseWe are in turbulent times that demand changed and changing results. To change results, different actions are needed. To initiate different actions, unusual behaviour is required and unusual behaviour can only begin from a fresh context.

We facilitate your scenario building to describe a fresh context. We start with where the organisation has been and give people the opportunity to name and face their experience. We start the story by uncovering the assumptions and beliefs built up over time. We continue building the story by checkpointing where the organisation is now.  Using a process of SOAR (Strenths, Opportunities, Aspirations and Results) to focus on the results of the future, you inquire into your strengths, imagine your opportunities, innovate your aspirations and inspire action to achieve the results. The final step: implement continuous improvement.

We wrangle problems during the facilitation process, switch to a coach/consult model in SOAR and transition to a coaching model from the innovation phase.

We develop talent capacity by assessing traits and capabilities of groups, model conflict resolution approaches, support new leaders via on-boarding tools and coach teams to higher performance: teams aligned to the goals of the organisation with people ‘owning’ the results. People proud of their achievements and their part in the developing story.

During each process we transfer knowledge to make teams self-sufficient, confident of their ability to continue building from the initial foundation.  Sustained increase in leadership capability can only be achieved with internal and committed ‘ownership’.
